Immaculate Works Appointment Reminders

This SMS program sends appointment reminder and scheduling messages to commercial cleaning clients of Immaculate Works Facility Services who have opted in by providing a mobile phone number as part of their service agreement or onboarding with us.

Program description

Messages notify you of upcoming scheduled cleaning appointments and allow you to confirm or request rescheduling. This is transactional customer care messaging, not marketing.

Message frequency varies based on your service schedule; typically about 1–2 text messages per upcoming appointment.
